Our Business

To provide IT solutions in multiple areas as it relates to computerized systems.  We don't specialize in any one area, we have strengths in creating software solution as it relates to Microsoft’s Office suite of products, but we are able to support Enterprise Architechtures, Mainframe Systems and Business and Personal Computing Platforms.

FlashPoint PC Services is a software oriented business.  We strictly focus on the internal workings of a system versus the equipment. We are able to provide a range of services along those lines which include

We work on Laptops or PC’s running Windows (2000, XP, or Vista) and provide Contract Services on Enterprise and Mainframe Platforms.

Who We Are

We are a small company established in 2003 for the purpose of addressing an unmet need of bringing computer solutions directly to the user. The owner of the company has been in the business of IT since 1980. Having developed his skills while serving in the U.S. Army, working for the U.S. Navy, General Electric, AT&T, Sallie Mae, CGI, CACI, Military Health Systems (MHS) and other organizations. His expertise spans many areas in the field of computerized systems to include SOA, Production Support, Operations, Technical Support, Systems Programming and Analysis, Mainframe, Servers, Desktop and Laptops.

Having received his Masters in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland and designation as a CISSP holder from ICS2, he is adequately prepared to address all your computer related needs.
