INTERVIEW

Describe in your own words the problem as you understand them to be and if
possible tell the technician what you expected and what actually happened.
Next, identify any new changes, fixes, applications that have been added to
your system prior to the error occurring

DEMONSTRATE

Perform the processes leading up to the failure if repeatable.

ANALYZE

After taking into account the results of the interview and the demonstration the follow steps may be required

A.    The Flashpoint PC Technician will perform the appropriate service function and fix the problem on the spot

B.    It has been determined that the problem is much more extensive and will require an extended amount of service time.  If this is the case the machine will be taken into the shop to perform additional diagnostic testing and evaluation.

RECOVERY

Recovery is the last phase of the diagnostics process.  We try to resolve each problem within 1 hour of being with the client.  

When this is not possible and with the owners approval we can take the computer for a much more detailed evaluation and repair.  Under these conditions we will provide the customer a problem analysis report within 2 business days.
